MORE TIPS FOR STAYING SAFE IN THE SUN

As well as applying sun protection regularly, we recommend:

• Drinking a minimum of 2 litres of water a day, to avoid dehydration in warmer weather.
• Avoid sitting in direct sunlight between the hours of 11.00-15.00, when the temperature is at its highest.
• Wear a sun hat and/or sunglasses for extra protection.
