Laser treatments for men- Next level male grooming

As more people focus on looking and feeling their best, we have seen a significant rise in male clients through our doors.

So what laser treatments are available for men?

At the Dr Tanja Medical Aesthetic Clinic in Hampshire, we offer a wide range of Fotona laser treatments, all of which are suitable for both men and women. However, here is a list of treatments more popular with our male clients:

Laser Hair Removal– This is a cost effective, long term solution that reduces excess and unwanted hair by destroying hair in the follicle, whilst protecting the surrounding skin. We recommend an average of 6 treatment sessions for optimal results. Treatment areas popular with men are the back, shoulders and buttocks.

Fotona Smooth Eye– This is a collagen boosting anti-ageing treatment concentrating on the eye area. Skin is firmer and lines and wrinkles are reduced to achieve a natural younger look. Smooth Eye is a firm favourite here in the clinic because of its incredible results!

Rosacea treatment– The redness and flushing of the cheeks associated with rosacea can vary from patient to patient, making it a complex condition. However Dr Tanja offers a bespoke laser treatment to shrink capillaries, reducing background redness and pigmentation.

Acne treatment– This condition is most commonly experienced by teenagers, but is by no means limited to this age group and can often occur in later life. By destroying the overactive sebaceous glands using a controlled heating effect, laser treatment can also accelerate skin healing and stimulate collagen remodelling. Acne will be less active, inflammation reduced and the texture of skin improved.
